You're invited! Bring friends, food, drink and a smiling face for what will surely be a beautiful evening of music and community! Asheville-based singer-songwriter Anya Hinkle brings her soulful voice, award-winning songwriting, and Appalachian roots to an intimate duo performance with acclaimed slide guitarist Billy Cardine. A veteran of stages including MerleFest, Grey Fox, and RockyGrass, Hinkle blends traditional mountain music with influences gathered from her international travels. Her latest album, Oceania (2024), earned praise from critics and landed songs on Folk Alley and No Depression’s “Best Of” playlists. Together, Hinkle and Cardine create a captivating acoustic sound that bridges Appalachian traditions, inventive musicianship, and contemporary songwriting.
